Who am I?
- I'm Bojana (or Jana if you wish) — founder of Exit the Office career coaching brand and Minuta do posla recruitment agency.
- Mum of a 10-year-old & wife to an amazing husband.
- Part-time recruiter at Holini, a fully remote marketing agency.
- For ten years I've sat on the other side of the table, interviewing candidates almost every day — so I know what gets someone hired and what gets them passed over.
- Now I help people leave a job they do with ease but not love, go remote or rise where they are, and repackage a career they think is "too niche" or "too late" — without starting over.
- Bachelor in Psychology of Marketing and Specialist in Business Psychology.
